Sweet Transvestite è un brano che fa parte del celebre film-musical The Rocky Horror Picture Show, frutto del genio di Richard O'Brien con la direzione di Jim Sharman. Messo in scena nel 1973 al Royal Court Theatre di Londra, ha come protagonista un certo Rocky che è frutto degli esperimenti di uno scienziato pazzo, di nome Frank-N-Furter. La canzone è nel primo atto e racconta proprio l'incontro tra lo scienziato e i due giovani ragazzi (Brad e Janet) che per caso si sono imbattuti nel suo castello.
