Even Flow è un brano scritto e inciso dai Pearl Jam, contenuto nell'album Ten pubblicato nel 1991. Disco d'esordio per la band di Seattle, prende ispirazione per il titolo dal numero di maglia del cestista Mookie Blaylock, grande giocatore di pallacanestro statunitense. La canzone è il secondo singolo estratto dal disco ed è scritta da Stone Gossard e Eddie Vedder. Il testo affronta il tema della mancanza di un tetto.
