Canzone scritta da Jeff Barry e Ben Raleigh, viene realizzata dal cantante texano reduce dal successo della sua versione di The Wonder of You, seguita da quella dell'amico Elvis Presley. Il testo racconta la triste vicenda di un giovane, che per comprare l'anello nuziale partecipa ad una gara automobilistica che si rivelerà fatale.
