Big Iron è un brano scritto e interpretato da Marty Robbins, all'anagrafe Martin David Robinson, contenuto nell'album Gunfighter Ballads and Trail Songs pubblicato nel 1959. Quinto lavoro in studio per il cantautore dell'Arizona, rappresenta l'apice della sua popolarità tanto da vincere un Grammy Award nel 1961 come "Miglior artista Country". La canzone è il brano d'apertura del lato A e racconta di un classico duello tra pistoleri del Far West; nacque quando Robbins, entrato in un negozio di armi, si innamorò di una pistola del 1860.
