Terza fatica discografica per il quartetto canoro di Philadelphia, ha nel titolo una sorta di biglietto da visita in quanto il gruppo era composto da quattro sorelle: Debbie, Joni, Kim e Kathy Sledge. La canzone è la traccia d'apertura del LP nonché il primo singolo estratto; scritta da Bernard Edwards e Nile Rodgers, si rivelò la loro prima hit "disco".
